Pop Nation has a 30 day return/exchange policy.
WE WANT YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.
If for any reason, you don’t love what we sent you, we’ve made our returns & exchange process super easy to follow – and you have 30 days to get it sorted! All we ask is that any product/s you return to us are in original condition; with all tags attached, and any packaging intact, and your proof of purchase included. Check out the information sheet included in your parcel or log in to your account to download another.
We endeavour to ensure every order is carefully picked and packed with care, so as to ensure that you are receiving a high quality product and that it arrives safely at the address you have requested.
Pop Nation understands the importance placed by our customers on purchasing collectables in mint condition and it is because of this that we do the best we can to hand pick quality items. Whilst uncommon, you may receive an item that does not have a perfect box or paint job. There may be shelf-wear or slight imperfections. However we are unable to exchange items due to imperfections.
On occasion, items do suffer damage in transit or there is some form of manufacturing default which makes the goods unfit for their intended purpose. If you find that one or more of your items is damaged or has a default, please contact Pop Nation immediately via email at email@example.com.
Pop Nation customers should note that all return or exchange requests must be received by Pop Nation within 30 days of you receiving your goods at the nominated delivery address. You will receive an initial response within 1-2 business days after receiving your enquiry.
Pop Nation will only accept returns, process a refund or exchange items if we are contacted within the 30 day period of receiving goods at your nominated delivery address.
All returns are at the expense of the buyer.
Pop Nation does not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event that you would like to return your product for another item or store credit, the customer is liable for any and all shipping costs associated. The item must be returned to Pop Nation’s nominated address in the exact same condition it was received by the customer.
