The Pop Nation 'Popaholics' account has some awesome benefits! It allows you to:

Check the progress of any orders you have placed.
You'll be able to see if we're waiting on stock, if the order has been shipped and all other stages along the way!

as a site member, we can monitor and reward you every month! ALL account holders who spend $250 or more in any given month (can be made up of multiple orders) will be rewarded with store credit to spend in the next month!

Things you should know

Reward vouchers are only valid on orders over $50. Vouchers can only be used on one single transaction during the time they are valid.

Does it cost anything to join?

Simply spend $1000 within every 12 month period to qualify for club pricing!

How do I know how much I have spent so far?

When you are logged into your account you will be able to see all your past orders in the "My Orders" tab and check if you're eligible for a reward, and to what amount.

 

 

When will I receive my reward?

We will track your spending throughout the month i.e. January 1st - 31st and you will be notified by email of your reward amount and store credit code within the first week of the following month.

 
 
I spent over $250 last month and didn't receive my gift - what's going on?

We process these manually - if you think we have missed you - before we look into it, can we please ask a favour and get you to double check that you spent over $1000 with us in the last year (excluding shipping costs) before contacting us. If you think we made a mistake then please use the form below to let us know!

When does my reward expire?

All rewards expire within 1 month of the issue date.

I forgot to use my reward before it expired, can I please have a new one?

We’re sorry but due to our gifting cycle this is unfortunately not possible – once expired that’s it.
