What are you shipping rates?

Pop Nation has new shipping rates, tiered for 1, 2 or 3+ pops and capped at a maximum $15.00 for Australian deliveries and $20 for New Zealand deliveries.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

We currently do not ship outside of Australia or New Zealand.


Where do you ship to?

We are currently unable to ship outside of Australia and New Zealand.


How long until I receive my item?

This will vary depending on when your order is made, if your order was a pre order and if we don’t have the products in stock and have to order them.

If you are in Australia, and all items are in stock, your order will usually be processed and shipped with 3-4 days. And received at your nominated address within 2-8 days from being shipped from our store. However if an item needs to be ordered in, your process may be delayed up to 9 business days.

Please note, once the item has left our hands, we cannot guarantee time frames as this is dependant on Australia Post and couriers.


Do you offer Pop Protectors as an optional extra?

Yes! We trialled sending pops out in protectors for free, and whilst may customers loved this service, we found many also didn’t!

Now, we are giving you the option!

Have a look at our pop vinyl product listings now, you will see the option to add a protector for that pop to you order.
Unfortunately this service is no longer free, however it is only a small additional fee.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes our customers, but this was the only way we could satisfy all customers and keep our prices low!


What currency is your site displaying?

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).


Do you offer Lay-By?

Pop Nation offers AfterPay for all instock and back order items.
Due to AfterPay’s restrictions on pre orders – you are unable to use the AfterPay service to pay for a pre order.

However Pop Nation has brought back the ability to lay-by pre order items only with a 4 week or 3 fortnight lay-by.

These pre order lay-bys do not have a minimum amount requirement.
There is no set up fee.
There are 2 plan options, the first is a 4 week term, with the first payment (25% of the total cost) due at the time of the order and 3 payments of 25% remaining each week for 3 weeks.
The second is a 3 fortnight plan, with the first payment (33.33% of the total cost) due at the time of the order and 2 payments of 33.33% and 33.34% respectively remaining each fortnight for 2 payments.

Installment payments MUST be made manually and and email will be sent on it’s due date to remind you.

HOW DOES AFTERPAY WORK?

Afterpay offers simple instalment plans, allowing a purchase up to $800 to be paid for in 4 equal instalments, due every fortnight, interest free! Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! After you check out, the goods will be shipped immediately.
At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise they will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

AFTERPAY IS AVAILABLE TO PEOPLE WHO:

Live in Australia;
Are at least 18 years old;
Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number;
Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase.

HOW TO USE AFTERPAY:

1. Place a order
Add your items to your shopping cart and checkout as normal. Valid for orders up to $800.

2. Select Afterpay at checkout
Afterpay is fully integrated with Beserk’s checkout form. All you need to do is select Afterpay as your payment option when you’re ready to buy.

3. Choose how you want to pay your instalments
Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the credit card or debit card you want to use and Afterpay will schedule automatic payments for you.
4. Get approved instantly and securely
No forms or detailed personal information. Afterpay simply uses your nominated bank card to process your application on the spot.

5. Enjoy your purchase!
We takes care of the rest. Afterpay will remind you when payments are due and will process your payments automatically. Next time you use Afterpay, they’ll have all your details stored and ready to go!

6. Manage your account
At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise they will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

Returns
If you wish to return your item(s) our Returns Policy still applies and you are welcome to exchange, refund or store credit. Once we have recieved the items and accept the return, Afterpay will be
notified and all future payments for that order will be cancelled. If you have already made one or more payments, the total amount paid will be refunded to the credit/debit card that you used
to place the order.

Is there a cost to use Afterpay?
No, Afterpay is a free product! They will never charge you interest, and the only fees applied are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessful and you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method.

When will my first payment be charged?

When you use Afterpay, the first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase. However, when using Afterpay for your first time, or if you are yet to completely pay off a purchase, your first payment will be charged at the time of purchase and your last payment deducted 6 weeks after purchase.

Are there late fees?
Yes, if an automatic payment fails, you have until midnight (AEDT in the summer months and AEST in the winter months) to make payment. After midnight, if that payment has not been made, you will incur a late payment fee of $10 and a further late fee of $7 if the payment is not made within 7 days.

What is your pre order policy?

Please note that when ordering pre order items, in stock items can also be added to the same cart.

Orders containing pre order items will ship when all items become available. Pop Nation will not merge orders – either pre order or in stock. If you place an order where items become available at different times, Pop Nation will ship out once all items become available.

If you wish to obtain in stock items, please order separately.

Please Note that on occasion, Pop Nation may not be able to fulfil a pre order request due to any number of reasons including: limited stock from supplier, damaged or spoiled products and no Australian release.

Whilst Pop Nation does everything possible to ensure that these products are ordered in full, we can not always guarantee that the supplier will be able to fulfil our request for a bulk order, and we may be delivered a damaged or spoilt product which cannot be replaced as the product has gone out of stock due to high volume of sales.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil a pre order request, Pop Nation will apply a store credit or issue refund for full payment of the pre order (and shipping where the shipping fees were paid solely for those items).

In the event that you, as the customer. change your mind or cancel your pre order, Pop Nation will issue you with a store credit to be used in the future for the full amount or the purchase price or a refund via PayPal or AfterPay (however order was paid) minus 6% of the total amount paid.


My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your order has arrived and an item or items is/are damaged, please follow and complete the enclosed Return Request Form.

We endeavour to ensure every order is carefully picked and packed with care, so as to ensure that you are receiving a high quality product and that it arrives safely at the address you have requested.

Pop Nation understands the importance placed by our customers on purchasing collectables in mint condition and it is because of this that we do the best we can to hand pick quality items. Whilst uncommon, you may receive an item that does not have a perfect box or paint job. There may be shelf-wear or slight imperfections. However we are unable to exchange items due to imperfections.

On occasion, items do suffer damage in transit or there is some form of manufacturing default which makes the goods unfit for their intended purpose. If you find that one or more of your items is damaged or has a default, please complete the enclosed Return Request Form.


I want to select pick up at the check out, where is the pick up location?

Pick up can be completed from our store in Hillbank, South Australia.

We will email you when your item is in stock to let you know when you can come in.

Please note, due to many products being on an order in basis – you may not be able to come and pick up all your order immediately.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to exchange the items for other items of the same value, a store credit for the full amount paid OR a refund via the payment method made for the amount paid minus 6%.


Can I order a chase variaton?

No, chase variations are randomly distributed by the supplier. Chase variations are are NOT guaranteed. Ordering additional of an item with a chase variant does increase your chances, but does not guarantee you will receive one.

Pop Nation distributes any chase variations we receive randomly through our online orders, we do not favour customers in any shape or form and any request for a chase variation will be ignored.

On occasion, a chase variation may come with a sticker that is upside down or damaged, or they may be no sticker at all, please understand that this is how we have received the product and we are unable to replace the sticker or the item in these instances.
